Drug Dealing Asia - Busted!!!

Drug Dealing in Asia

Don't Drug Deal Anywhere Especially Thailand / Phuket - Some People Never Learn

With the recent deaths in Bali due to people being caught with drugs. You'd think that people would be careful, not careless! Just don't do it!

A former Bromsgrove soldier has been jailed for 50 years in Thailand for drug dealing. Lance Whitmore was sentenced at Ratchada Criminal Court after being caught with close to 200 ecstasy tablets.

Sure he could cope with dealing, but His mother said: “I am devastated. I don’t know how he will cope.” Don't do the crime, if you can't do the time!

Whitmore had been on trial after he was caught trying to sell drugs to an undercover detective. Mrs Caswell said: “I got the call this morning from his lawyer. I am just devastated - I am finding it hard to function at the moment."

Whitmore, aged 26, who has already been behind bars up for eight months in rat-infested Klong Prem prison, will face a hellish existence as he serves his sentence. His mom had previously described how he was covered in sores, pale and pitifully thin and crippled by tooth decay. Some people die because of drug dealers, have a think about that mother, at least he is alive.

Whitmore, who found work in Thailand with Petroleum Oil Services, was snared in a Pattaya supermarket only yards from his dad’s restaurant. He was caught with an Australian friend. A search of his pal’s flat uncovered 60 more ecstasy tablets. Former South Bromsgrove High School student Whitmore entered a guilty plea hoping it would get his sentence halved.

Whitmore had returned to Thailand in March, 2014, following the death of his 25-year-old fiance Jitma Tahin, known as Tree, from meningitis. He had lived there, off and on for five years. Ok, everyone has problems, but drug dealing is not the way forwards.

Mrs Caswell previously told the Mail: “If I could change places with him, I would. If I could walk in there and take over, I would. He is my only son, the light of my life.”
