When I traveled around Thailand I went to the Vientien Border in Laos - at least 3 times. I was also at the border in Cambodia. Border runs, are border runs, and one day I hope they make a huge change to the system. It's not only Thailand that have border issues. Although, Cambodia and Vietnam have great policies.
